God's Continuous Presence

God's presence was center stage at each event that occurred at MZUMC this week, which was evident as exhibited through the spirit-filled emotions portrayed by the congregants at our Good Friday Service, Sunrise Service and Easter Program presented by our children.  Our pastor did an awesome job providing a narrative of the Passion of Christ on Good Friday.  He continued at Sunrise Service with the Resurrection of Christ and explained to us how we, too can be ressurected from depression, addiction, etc. through Christ Jesus. The finale included the Confirmation Ceremony and the Easter program.The Confirmation Ceremony was held for three youths who joined our great church after professing their faith and participating in a series of confirmation classes. The Easter program was presented by our children and youth who did an excellent job demonstrating their love of God by expressing it in their own way. Glory be to God for all that is being done at MZUMC in Jesus name!
