Prayer on the street

On Ash Wednesday the pastor and two lay persons set up a booth outside.  We had advertised and invited people to stop by and recieve prayer and, if they desired, the ashes.  WE ministered to 30 persons including: one person from out of state who heard about it on the local radio, a family having domestic problems, a woman who had been rejected by another congregation, several people on lunch break and many prayers for families and loved ones.  We kept a record of first names and request so we can continue the prayer ministry for these people.
