Evangelism & Community Engagement

On Saturday, October 22, in spite of the rain, the men of Parkside joined with the men of the Sanctuary Church, Camden where they visited in one of the communities known for drug use and sales for the purpose of sharing Christ as "Men of God".  A four block area was covered in teams of two where tracts were distributed, prayers were offered, invitations were given to visit the ministries and the opportunity to receive Jesus Christ was presented.

The men of Parkside Church are reaching out, ecumenically, to share in evangelism efforts in the City of Camden

On the same Saturday, the women of Parkside Church, met under the leadership of the First Lady, Sis. Aquanetta Dickens, to recognoze the work done in the medical field to address Breast Cancer Awareness.  Members of Parkside who are Breast Cancer survivors were honored for their courage and faith exhibited during their illness.  Sis. Aquanetta delivered an awesome message unifying the women in common causes for the good of the community and ministry.  All was done while serving a delicious breakfast in a beautiful setting and an atmosphere of oneness.
