Fellowship

The fellowship at Christ UMC has blossomed. Worship, Childrens Worship, Youth Group, Agape Kids, Agape Worship, Small Groups , Glow Ministry, If Gathering, Sunday School classes, Music Ministry are making intentional intergenerational fellowship within the church family and those impacted are inviting their friends to gatherings happening within the church.

We have started the first of our 4 web marketing campaigns "Resurrect Louisville" ( REVIVE Louisville, ROCK Louisville,  RESTORE Louisville)We intend on using our website,e-mail list,  social media, and You Tube Videos, RIPL Videos to intentionally reach 8000; Grow 800 closer to Christ; Connect 80 new men, women and children into worship, study, training or ministry in Christ. We have 7 plannned event s to engage peole into getting to know about Christ.

 Worship  messages  in March & April will teach us how we need to die to be reborn in Christ.

4. Passion Walk 2017, April 14

The Schedule and Biblical inspiration for “Passion Walk 2017” is

1. Start at St. Louis Catholic Church, 300 N. Chapel St,  with Jesus before Caiphus-- Matthew 26:57-68;

2. City Hall, 215 South Mill St, and witness Christ sentenced before Pilate-- Matthew 27:11-26;

3. Christ United Methodist Church, 600 E Gorgas St, where Christ receives His cross-- John 19:16-17.

4. Kountze Memorial Lutheran Church, 930 S Nickelplate St, where Simon of Cyrene is forced to carry the cross-- Luke 23:26.

5. Beacon of Hope Community Church, 1101 E Main St, where the daughters of Jerusalem meet Jesus-- Luke 23:27-31.

6. Paradise United Church of Christ, 619 E Main St, where Jesus is stripped of His garments-- Matt. 27:27-31.

7. First Assembly of God Church, 1921 West Main street, where we remember the crucifixion, death and burial—Matt. 27:33-61.
