STREAMING WORSHIP - For the first time in recollected history, necessitated by the COVID 19 proclamation to avoid gatherings exceeding 10, we undertook to learn how and to stream our Sunday morning worship live via Facebook Live.  Afterward, we also posted the link to YouTube.  We carefully avoided songs or music not in the Public Domain.  Our first effort, March 22, reached 3,016 people according to Facebook, which makes its living calculating such things.  This past Sunday, March 29, our second worship video reached 6,625.  These numbers are staggering and astounding to us as we usually have 22-25 for the morning worship service.  So these live streaming videos are reaching 300 times our usual numbers in the pews.  Praise our Almighty God Who very much works in all things for the good of those who love Him.  Hallelujah.

BEAR HUNTING - As an outreach to our community, and to provide a bit of respite from 'same old', we joined the 'Bear Hunt' craze where homes and businesses place stuffed bears and other animals in visible places where adults can drive their younger ones by on a 'bear hunt', counting the numbers they see, taking pictures, etc, from the street or parking lot.  We placed ours in the front facing windows so people can just drive by, or even get out to get a close up photograph.  We also made available copies of coloring booklets for progressively youngest - to - more adult ages, devotional guides, etc, for the parking lot 'bear hunters' to take home, for free of course, and enjoy.
