One of the most frequently asked questions received is, 'how do I change the email linked to the church for filing data in VitalSigns Dashboard'? This is very simple to do.
While on the 'filing page', look at the top right (in the black area), beside the church's name and you will see a link 'edit my profile'. Once you click on this,you can change the email or add a second email if desired. To add a second email, just put a comma between the two and be sure to SAVE after making these changes.
Please note: each time the email changes, including adding a second email, the link to the filing page also changes, so the link previously used will no longer work.
