Supper for Pipeline Workers

Over the last 2 months we have had a number of pipeline workers attending the church. We usually have around 4 but have had as many as 8. These guys are really on fire for the Lord and we wanted to be able to help them some way. We know they work long hours and many times after work they are tired and trying to decide what to eat for supper. We decided to give them a homecooked meal every Wednesday evening around 6:30 - 7:00 pm. They thought it would be great on a Wednesday as that is halfway through the week and they know there will be a meal waiting for them. Our hope is that we can bring in 20-30 workers for our first meal this coming Wednesday, July 17th. The Ad Council is providing the meal for them this week and we are opening it up to members of the church to come and help furnish a meal for these workers!
