Growth

I couldn't believe my ears when I heard that this church had not had a piano player in ten years.  That blows my mind!  I got volunteers from the other churches in my circuit and man, what a difference it has made with the congregation!  The parishioners were so excited today because our attendance was up from twelve to sixteen....  While that may not look like much to a person on the outside, to that little church, well, they were looking at the glass being having full, seeing it as a 33% increase in attendance!  People seemed higher spirited today.  They could see that this church has potential to grow.  That motivated people and put a spark in ther eye.  I now have a couple that never went to church who are now going.  It is just really exciting what God is doing in the midst of us in this little country church!
