While Christmas Sunday/Christmas Eve went very well, the Lead Pastor was "off" the following week with a Special Speaker (Certified Lay Servant) leading on December 30.  On January 6, even though the Lead Pastor was present, the Music Director asked (in advance) to offer the Word.  On January 13, while the Lead Pastor was taking a group to the Holy Land, his wife (Certified Lay Servant) led worship and offered the Word.  The Lead Pastor did not return until Sunday, January 20.  Four weeks that went by very quickly, but also very blessed!
