I am seeking to find if the Antioch Project is alive?

We have lost all connection with the program and we need to know if this data we are reporting is being utilized and if there is a second step in the project coming?  The lack of enthusiasm over this effort has entirely resumed after a building enthusiasm of the congregation over the course of the Antioch project.  We need to know if there is going to be a second step as recommended, we are now a year from the adoption of this program but all is quiet on the homefront.  Is anyone out there?
