Active Shooter Training

We are trying to be proactive and ensure the church is a safe environment, especially for our children.  We have conducted training for an active shooter situation.  As sad as we are that such a thing could even be a possibility, it is a reality in the world today.  Our security team is evaluating our facility and will be making recommendations for increasing our security.  Our congregation has several law enforcement persons.  Every Sunday there is a person who is carrying.  We pray no church will ever be subjected to this type of violence again.
