I feel these Vital Signs Do Not Truly Effect What is Going on in the church

There are alot more exciting things going on at Liberty UMC than this statistical reporting really shows. I am sure it does not show that I was just appointed to this church this year, and my first Sunday was on the first weekend of July. Therefore even with the help of my congregation and committees I am not going to have all this information. Prior to my coming to Liberty UMC they were on the same charge with Gloster. I changed that because it was easier for me to pastor Liberty and stay employeed at my fulltime job. However we are doing big things in the beginning of our time together at Liberty. Just last month we started a Bible study on Weds. Until I came around Liberty had not had a Bible Study for a long while. We are also starting a choir to have and our rehearsing for a Christmas Contata. These statistics do not show that, and as a pastor I thought it important to make sure the powers that be know that God is moving in a mighty way at Liberty UMC.
