Butterfly Club finale

Our kiddos finished up Butterfly Club for the season on Sept. 30th by making milkweed seed bombs for fall planting. Since August this year, we've tagged and released 47 Monarch butterflies for their journey south! This has been a powerful ministry at Bethany, now in its second year, as it provides children an opportunity to get up close and personal wth God's creation in a hands-on way. Even our pre-K students are butterfly experts and can tell you all about the big Monarch migration, and how God helps them find safety in the mountains of Mexico for the winter until it's time for them to come north again. We are so blessed that our congregation has caught butterfly fever!
