New member, new pianist

Brenda T had visited Sneedville UMC, Sneedville, Tennessee several times in the past year.  On Sunday, January 13, 2019 Brenda T came forward at the invitation to say that she wanted to unite with our church.  She said that she had visited many congregations in the community and outside the community searching for a church home, but she kept coming back to Sneedville UMC because that was where her heart kept returning.  She said that she felt the Spirit of the Lord at Sneedville.  After the worship service, she talked to our Worship Committee chairperson about playing piano during the worship service, which would accompany our organist.   We had been without a pianist since December.

Our church experienced a double blessing on Sunday: a new member and a new pianist.  Hallelujah!
