Church Growing

We have been seeing God's presence and the motion of the Holy Spirit at work at Bethany UMC.  Bethany was literally on the verge of closure.  In early 2019, the Rio Texas Conference decided to allow Bethany to follow an Ecumenical path, Contemporary Christian, and the church seems to have flourished: membership has risen, ministry to the surrounding community has increased in the form of other churches meeting at Bethany, and Bethany is is on the path to becoming financially sound.
