Prayer Walk

Before the pandemic, a group from the congregation would meet at the church and walk the neighborhood and pray over it. They would knock on some doors to find out what the neighbors needed from the church.

Things have changed and we have reconvened to walk and pray over the neighborhood, but instead of knocking on doors, our Volunteer Coordinator has developed a survey to disperse via mail. This survey is for the purpose of finding out what the needs are and how we can incorporate that into our Lunch and Praise service when it resumes.

In addition to the walkers who are praying, those who cannot walk or feel less comfortable walking are staying in the chapel and praying the same points as those in the neighborhood.
