The FUMC Killeen Outreach team, in conjunction with our Youth, Children and Marketing ministry areas, held an outdoor movie night, PJ's in the Patch, on Friday, October 3. We showed the movie "The Emperor's New Groove" outside in our Pumpkin Patch with a large blow up screen. Families were invited from area neighborhoods where the Outreach Team had visited each house and left flyers and a personal invitation. We gave away free popcorn, cookies, and water or orange drink. We had door prize drawings and a free sucker pull for the children. We had just under 200 people in attendance, and about 80% of those were not from our regular church membership.
