Local Outreach in the Ione Community

Ione Community United Methodist Church is a member of the Amador Co. Interfaith Food Bank.  We are pleased and grateful to be a satalite site that distributes much needed commodities to seniors  members of our community.  This outreach was held on Thurs. Feb. 5 and we assisted 32 seniors this week.

In conjuction with Common Ground, we also provide a site for "Senior Meals" that is held every Thurs. and have a regular staff that assists with this outreach.
