Tenth Street Hosts UMCOR Teams

Tenth Street enjoyed hosting two different UMCOR teams this past week in our building while they worked to repair flood-damaged homes in Taylor. On Thursday evening, we hosted the teams at a potluck dinner with about 16 people in attendance. The teams shared stories about their work and Rev. Laraine Waughthal, Conference Disaster Relief Coordinator presented an informative and interesting program on the work of UMCOR in our conference and across the nation.
