Every Item Free Garage Sale

For the 8th year we have provided the space, labor and collection of items to be able to give mainly clothes out for the egining of the scholl year.  This one was the biggest yet.  We used all the "new" and all the "old tables the church had plus 2 tables borrowed and 3 racks. there were 14- 8' tables, 1-6' and 1-5' stacked from 18-24" tall.  70 people came to get clothes. most shopped for more than one family. The remining clothes go into a garage sale in September to support the growing youth group.  What is left from there goes into a clothes closet.  We are an older congregation worshipping about 30 per Sunday.  Our Boy Scout troup and Youth group were a big help.
