We sponsored several area families for Christmas this season, and gifts were collected. Our ladies' bible study reached out to a member who has not been attending. We invited the members of the AA and NA groups that meet in our church to attend Christmas services. Visits with our shut-ins were conducted, and cards were delivered. We are being very intentional about reaching out to those in need around us, and God is blessing our efforts with renewed commitment from our members.

Thank you! We have such a unique opportunity here to have many social organizations that meet without our building walls. It is definitely a way to reach a broader community of folks who really need Jesus!

It is wonderful that you are being so intentional --not just issuing a blanket invitation, but also paying attention to particular groups and individuals. I'm especially touched that you included the NA and AA groups in this -- sometimes I think we forget about them. Blessings to you, and I hope Christmas went well.
