Christmas Shoe Boxes

Suqualena UMC and Hawkins Memorial UMC went together and we packed 56 boxes for Operation Christmas Child. We tried to make sure each box had at least one handmade thing, like footies, scarfes, wristies, and keychains. This is a project that is near and dear to our hearts so we set a goal of 50 boxes this year and we met our goal. Stepanie Moore found someone willing to pay the postage if we filled the boxes so, we started picking up things along the way then we all met at Suqualena UMC and had a Shoe Box Party it was lots of fun, good fellowship and a worth while project you can't go wrong there.
