Meals Ministry

This congregation delivers a hot "soup kitchen" meal to ten people in the neighborhood every Friday. One of the recipients has recently started attending worship. She shared with me last Sunday that she had been attending a Jehovah's Witness church and has decided to join us. She is not comfortable with some of their teaching. Her decision was certainly influenced by the mercy she received through the meal distribution, prayers and compassionate care of her neighbors (two of our members). Praise God.
