Providing food and furniture

Food left from our Homecoming bake sale and lunch stand was taken to families in the apartment house directly north of the church.  During this visit it was noted that one family had very little furniture.  Within hours the congration had donated a kitchen table, four new folding chairs, a full size bed, and  love seat and aditional food.

Our guest speaker was the director of Released and Restored Prison Ministry of Nebraska.  $190 was given by those present for this ministry.
