Kindness In Action Sunday

Yesterday, Sunday, October 12, Cassville UMC along with FIrst Baptist Church, Emmanuel Baptist Churhc, First Christian Church, the Nazerene Church, the Assembly of God Church, and Spiritual Streams Church got together and collaborated to share the love of Jesus by participating in the Kindness In Action Sunday.  We all went out throughout the community of Cassville and worked on people's houses, cleaned up parks, cleaned up around the square, and cleaned up around all the school buildings.  Afterward we all got back together for a cook-out and praise time at Emmanuel Baptist Church.  This is what the church is supposed to look like.  Christ-followers working together to share the love of Christ, not just as Methodist or Baptist or Pentecostal.  It was a wonderful day.
