Youth Mission & Mayhem

Our youth invited the community to a youth "Love Augusta" event the Wednesday of spring break. They helped at the golf course, picked up trash at the lake, hung flyers at a moblie home park for the annual Love Augsuta event in April. Youth came from the high school basketball team, a youth soccer team as well as youth from our church and other churches.

A new family in the community moved to town this week. They were exhausted and randomly asked someone who might be able to help, they said to call the Methodist Church. We sent volunteers over to help get their U-Haul unloaded. We also gave them a gift card to Pizza Hut to buy their dinner that evening.
