Annual Family & Friends Day at Wesley Chapel

It has been the tradition at Wesley Chapel UMC that members invite their extended family and  friends to worship with us on the third Sunday in November. This effort was taken to the next level by the young adults of the congregation. After attending a month of a small group Bible study on the theme "72+U" based on a semon and the annual theme of Bishop Blll McAlily, the young adults challenged each other to invite frends, neighbors, co-workers, and any acquaintances who do not have a chuch home. Our attendance almost doubed in that one Sunday, 115, and we topped off the celebration with "dinner on the grounds"! Everyone was o delighted that our district superiontendent, Dr. Richard Clark, worhipped with u that day and was there to witnes the success of our out reach!
