FUMC Grandview participated the the National Back to Church Sunday on October 16th. The congregation worked hard extending 200 + invitations to the community by putting up posters, banners, word of mouth, email, texting, facebook, telephone and mail. While the national average resulted in a 38% increase on that day, FUMC Grandview had a 52% increase. The bottom line: Inviting people to come to church works.
