Our offering received today is shown as $0.00 and that is correct. Rather than receiving an offering, we did a reverse offering. Each person, age high school and older, received an envelope containing either $3, $5, $10 or $20. The envelope also included a page of ideas as to how to use the money to make a difference in life of someone else. These were only ideas to help people get started in creative thinking. The third item in the envelope was a post card for each "missionary" to record their experience and to share how their money was used. The cards will be collected on January 6, Epiphany Sunday. Our offering received today is shown as $0.00 and that is correct. Rather than receiving an offering, we did a reverse offering.
