Jazz Concert fundraiser for Conference Angola Initiative

Our church musician is fabulous.  He brought in two friends to form a jazz trio for Easter Sunday, and the group returned this Sunday afternoon to perform a charity "coffeehouse" concert for "Building a Bridge to Angola," a CA-NV Annual Conference initiative to raise funds to reopen a medical clinic which was abandoned during the African nation's 30-year civil war.  Our modest little effort, dubbed "Jazz on an April Afternoon" and attended by 43 people, netted over $550.
