VBS and Missions

Week before last the congregation came together and gave furniture, household goods and some staple food items to a family who lost everything in the Cleburne tornado of last month. This past week was our VBS and there was a contest to see who could bring in the most canned goods for this family.  The children collected 99 cans and 1 box of mac & cheese that will be delivered to the family this week.  One child brought in a total of 40 cans himself. God is still working through us for this family.
