Kite Sunday and Youth Activity

On Sunday, September 22 Grace UMC of Warren hosted Kite Sunday at Noon, immediately following Worship. The community, of course, was invited to attend.

Kites were distributed to all the children in attendance and everyone enjoyed a picnic. Approximately 75 enjoyed the breezy day, flying their kites and learning about Sunday School. That evening the youth, grades 7-12, enjoyed an outing to play laser tag.  Our Christian Education team, Pastor included, seem to be finding new creative ways to invite the community to share in the fun of learning about God. The weather cooperated and God continued to work through Grace Church. How blessed we are to serve such an AWESOME God!!
