Fall Festival

Approximately 25 persons supervised games and activities for a Fall Festival Sunday evening from 4 - 7 pm.  Parents brought their children, grandparents brought their grandchildren and neighbor residents came and participated in an evening of free games and free hotdogs.   Even persons within the church came that did not have any children or grandchildren to bring and watched the fun. Over  110 persons attended.  The Memorial Handbell Choir brought their chimes and allowed everyone to play a chime.  The director made a comment that everyone who picked up a chime had a smile on their face.  Several merchants in the community gave items to be given as door prizes at the close of the evening.  Plans are already being talked about for next year.
