Chili Cook-off

This week we had a chili cook-off fund raiser. This included a silent auction of items donated from local merchants. Four groups from the church prepared chili for the contest: the PPRC, the Youth, the UMW, and the Finance Committee. We had judges from outside the congregation come in to judge the chili. It was a good-natured competition, and everyone had a good time. The four chili's submitted were very different, and ultimately the PPRC's was judged to be the "winner," although all entrants were very good. There were no left-overs!
