What a joy it was to be able to celebrate our risen Savior as the body of Christ in our church sanctuary this year! A good portion of our congregants have now received the vaccine and numbers of infections have steadily declined in our little town, giving our folks a renewed sense of safety in coming back to church. On Palm Sunday, our kids as well as any children of our community who wanted to participate, were treated to an egg hunt on the church lawn. A Maundy Thursday Worship service was provided. On Easter morning, an anonymous contributor left corsages for every lady in attendance. Esther Kim, wife of our Pastor, created a delicious assortment of macrons, which were given to each individual in attendance. Following our 9am worship service, several members moved on to the kitchen to help assemble meals for our drive thru Community Easter Dinner, which were ready to be picked up at noon by anyone in need of a home cooked Easter dinner.
