Urban CROSS

Last week our church began its final preparations for our yearly missions event, Urban CROSS, in which we invite youth (7th grade and up) and adult leaders to spend the week with us helping the people of our inner city neighborhood through work orders we received throughout the last few months. During that week, participants go into the community and complete the work requested from local homeowners and non-profits while shining God's Light. On Sunday the participants gathered together to praise and worship God and begin to get aquainted with one another and the week's expectations. Energy was high and all are anticipating a week of great blessings!
