Family Camp

We are seeing God in several ways:

First, we have a higher number of leaders being developed in our congregation, and more leaders serving as church officers(formal roles required by the discipline such as Trustee, PPR, etc.).  We have rcognized that serving as an officer of the church does not automatically make one a leader, and we want more leaders in these important roles.  

Second, our general atttitude is better as a congregation.  There is still grumbling, yet most people are embracing the changes we are making to be more mission -driven.

Third, we had a number of new families participate in our Family Camp last week, including parents and grandparents in our Coffee and Conversation group for adults.  Several of these new persons felt safe enought to share their struggles during the week.

Fourth, we wlcomed four new families with special needs last week at Family Camp.  We believe that God is callingus to be a church that ministers to these families and we are excited to see the fruit of our efforts.
