God is at work through our congregation. Being a small congregation, made up largely of retired folks, we have a large benevolent ministry. Our entire Sunday Evening Worship Service offering goes into our benevolent fund where we offer help in the community to those less fortunate than we are, helping with rent, utilities, medication, food, gasoline and other necessities. This year, through the end of June $3503 has been given for this ministry. It provides many opportunities to invite folks to church and to share Jesus wiith them. God has also provided the funds to install a handicap restroom on the main floor, repair some damaged vinyl siding on the exterior of the building, reglaze and paint the windows, repair the sink hole, caused by the collapsed 60" culvert, by building a manhole and putting down rock on the south lot for parking. We now have both an adult and children's Sunday School, a 10:30 AM Sunday Worship Service, a 6:00 PM Sunday Worship Service and a Wednesday Evening Bible Study for both adults and children.
Since August of last year we added two new members by transfer of letter, five by confession of faith and baptised five. We are blessed.
