Cooperating Charges

My charge has had illwill toward each other for decades. I'm not sure what all happened between them back when dinosaurs ruled the earth, but it has kept them from working together on ministry projects for a long time. The funny thing is that most of the people in the churches haven't been around long enough to remember the issues.

So this month, some members from our two churches decided that they weren't going to let the issues of a few ruin ministry opportunities for the masses...so my churches cooperated on two projects, one led by each church. Both went very well, and I haven't yet stopped hearing about how much they enjoyed being together. One couple even suggested forming an informal committee of both churches to seek out ways to work together more often.
