Homebound Communion

One area of our church that we would really like to improve is to make more significant communication with our members that are homebound.  It's easy to get caught up in "church work", let time get by and lose communication with some that have been such a part of our church.  We are in the process of training members to assist our pastors in visitation, care and taking communion to our homebound members.  Each of them has a chaplain (lay pastor)  that keeps in contact with them and we are adding to that circle of contact.  We are so excited about some of the possibilities.
