Loaves and Fishes

Early in September our youth minister went to the high school to share lunch with some of our teens.  One of them had a friend who was invited to eat with the group.  The friend began coming to your youth group, youth worship, and Sunday School.  Slowly, his family began to attend...first to find out what he was doing... then to feed their own hunger for something deeper in their lives.  This Sunday we baptized that teenager, plus his mother, his father, his little brother, and his baby sister. It was an amazing experience, conceived by a simple invitation to lunch, nurtured in love, and birthed in commitment to Christ by an entire family.  God is so good!
