Someone shared in church today about their granddaughter (who comes to our church) writing on a tablet one day this week. On the back she wrote,"the best Christmas gift ever is Jesus". How precious! If only we all would allow ourselves to become like little children. Then in Sunday School today a dad shared a story of his 8 yr. old daughter's facebook post. She had been to visit her great grandmother who was in the hospital. She said, "I was afraid that would be the last day she would see her. You know who was there with us? JESUS our Father, Savior, Lord of lords, and King of kings!!! And at 5:45 He touched her heart and gave her the mighty power!!! and healed her, And you know what? She left that place and came home". Now, this little girl gave praises to God for her great grandmother's healing. These children know Jesus as their personal Savior and are not ashamed to share what HE is doing in their lives and the lives of their loved ones. This Christmas season may we all remember why we celebrate and most of all, WHO we celebrate!
Christmas Blessings,
