Reaffirmation of Baptismal Covenant and Profession of Faith

On the first Sunday of the new year we did the John Wesley Covenant Renewal Service. At the end of the service when the invitation was given, 18 people came forward to reaffirm their faith and baptismal vows, and one came for profession of faith and Christian baptism. It was an exciting time for our small congregation.

Great report! That Sunday was my first Sunday at my new church and I didn't want to overwhelm them with all of the covenant service, but it was the focus for me that day as well.
