P.J's and Prayer Project

Februry is the month of love, so to sow our love into a neglected area in our county and communities, we raised enough brand new P.J.'s, grooming items such as combs, soap, toothbrush and toothpaste, underwear (2pr.)  or diapers (1 doz), socks (2 pr.),  and comfort items such as stuffed animals and backpack to carry all the items in.  These 35 backpacks were filled, and taken to the Child Protective Services office for distribution to those infants through size 7, boys and girls who have been taken after hours out of their home in urgent/emergency situations so that they have something that belongs to them and clean clothes to change into.  What an exciting gift of love this small church is providing to our county!  We are making a difference!
