Sharing Lenten services

Phoebus church participates in ministry with four other local churches to provide services each Sunday evening of Lent.  The first was held at Phoebus with a reception following.  Rev. Wayne Moore of Central Fox Hill UMC delivered the message.  Our offering was taken for the Peninsula Crime Victims Council directed by Rev. David Cook of Aldersgate UMC in Hampton.  Our offering totaled $357!  We always enjoy this opportunity to fellowship with other United Methodists in our area.
