Baptism and profession of Faith

Easter Sunday, the opportunity to baptize my frist infant. 27 family members with 5 different demoninations represented.

After the Baptism and before communion a gentleman came forward and made his profession of faith. LeRoy had left his childhood church after seeing his brother shot down in the streets of Mississippi at the age of 16. He has attended Washburn UMC since July 2012, but came with tears in his eyes to rededicate his life and join the congregation.  Praise God
