God's Presence is active and moving at scott Chapel

Although small in membership this Church has been very supportive of one of the key members and her family.  This member's baby son, 22 years old, was in an automobile accident on his way to work January 7, 2013 and as a result of that accident has been comatose for 133 days with brain injuries.  The Spirit of God has been felt in this church as prayers have been lifted up for this young man.  We are holding on to our faith, trust, and belief that God will wake him from his comatose state.  The church has been drawn closer together as a result of this accident and the son's condition.  The hymn: "How Firm a Foundation" keeps coming up and all the verses of this hymn brings us comfort.  This hymn brings us strength in times of tribulation.
