July Revival- July 21,22,23

The Independence UMC held a three night revival on July 21-23. Our new minister, Pastor Steven Howe spoke each evening  and we had special music nightly. God was in our presence during each service. Everyone could feel the spirit moving through each  song, each sermon and during the prayer time prior to each service. The attendance was good for our small church with an average of 50 per night. We had  people in the congregation from some 6 different sister churches each night and five pastors were present to support Bro. Steven Howe as he begins his ministry on the Coles, Independence and Temple Hill Charge. 

We prayed for all that was done during this time of revival would be done for God's glory and He heard our prayers. We were blessed and revived and our hearts were over- flowing with God's love. What an awesome God we serve!
