Continuing the legacy of a member who loved the Lord, loved his church and loved his community

One of the local churches in Forsyth, Ga., in conjuction with other local churches and businesses, hosted an annual walk/run to benefit Habitat for Humanity. One of our eldest members who recently passed played a very significant role in the organization as a builder and helped establish its presence in Forsyth, Ga. It was a joy to continue his work and legacy, in a sense, by raising some funds and participating in the walk/run. We got started a bit late with gathering participants, but 3 families and a handful of "phantom runners" participated.
