Bible Study

We have seen God move in this congregation with increase in bible study atendance.  There are now young adults attending Bible study which has led to the increase.  Also, there is a young lady who was attending Bible study living with her male partner.  they were not married.  Afer she started attending bible study regularly they were married.  She continues to come to Bible study and her husband is attending worship services.

 In addition, 8 people have become members of Mt. Zion UMC on profession of faith.  Five adults and three youth.  Thanks be to God ! 

We began a monthly night of TGIF Happy Hour.  This is a time when congregants, family members, freinds, neighbors and co-workers come out for an evenng of fun and relaxation, a free meal, games, assortment of beverages (non-alcoholic) and line dancing.  Average attendance has been 30 people.  All done under the theme of, Do N Church Differently.
